| Draycote Water is the Midland's premier sailing venue offering excellent sailing
on 650 acres of water. The reservoir is open for sailing every day of the year
except Christmas Day, with full safety cover. Large Car and Boat Parks are
available. Pontoons, slipways, and launch areas are serviced from tarmac roads.
The lake is bounded by a 5 mile long perimeter road which is great for walking,
jogging, cycling and skate boarding.
We employ professional rescue staff, who operate an impressive range of fast rescue craft. All our rescue staff are very experienced and keep a constant watch on the water from an elevated observation post with 2 way radio control. The well equipped clubhouse provides large changing rooms with hot showers, a newly refurbished cafe and a lounge bar, with panoramic views over the water and surrounding countryside. A warm welcome awaits you from the staff and members. A full range of food and drink are available in the cafe and the upstairs licensed bar.
