Is there any club / resort / campsite / in the UK where I can sail and camp at/near the water's edge for a few nights and ablution facilities are available?

I replaced mine last year - it was also an old fibreglass one, and was glued in very well! It was an absolute pig to remove. It will not come out neatly - you will have to break it out bit by bit. I had to sand the new insert quite a bit for it to fit. Good luck!

The mainsheet block setup on my old Spark has 2 fiddle blocks resulting in a 4 to 1 purchase. What do the rules say about upgrading these ? Presumably a 6 to 1 purchase is the current standard.
