Sprint 15s at the RYA Virtual Dinghy Show - Live Now!

Post by WaveyDavey »

The RYA virtual online dinghy show has started and runs live from 10am - 5pm today (Sat 27th) and tomorrow. After that the show content will remain online as a great resource to revisit in the coming months.

Go here to sign up and login for FREE : https://ryadinghyshow.vfairs.com/en/login

We have a great Sprint 15 stand put together by George Love. On the stand is a live text chat and class reps will be there across today and tomorrow. Please drop by to take look and say Hi. Lots of other stands and RYA presentations to watch live or catch up on later.

At 2pm today we have our own live Q&A with Tom and Brian Phipps via Zoom. Please join that if you can. The link can be found at the bottom of Description on our dinghy show stand. If you have any trouble getting into the show or finding the Zoom link please reply here to let me know.

I can highly recommend watching this video if you missed the session yesterday. Tom and Brian cover a LOT of ground in a short time including:

Start techniques
Mast rake and shroud tension
Weatherhelm
Downwind sailing
Rudder alignment
Sport mode sailing
and more!

Well worth taking an hour out to watch - definitely learning in here for everyone.

Many thanks to David for organising and to Tom and Brian for making this happen!

Jenny
