Hi George,
Sorry to hear you won't make the weekend. Hope that you will be firing on all cylinders sometime soon.
Regards
Bob
PS Thanks for setting up the chairman to bring the mug. :D
Did you give it a polish or is that Gordon's job?

I made my entry today and am looking forward to the event, even though I am going to camp.

Despite my persuasions, looks like I will be the only entry from Halifax.

I see I am now a chief petty officer - I prefer the chief part to petty

Yes Bob. I'll be flying a jib and hopefully Paul Grattage will be there and doing the same.

RESULTS appear at http://www.grafham.org/wp-content/uploa ... 5-2014.htm.

From these results and the Series Results after Carsington at http://www.sprint15.com/events/EMS/seri ... .php?id=17, I reckon congratulations go to :

Paul Grattage for winning at Grafham, winning the Series Sport Mode Mug and winning the Overall Series on Handicap.

Stuart Snell for 2nd place at Grafham, winning the Series Standard Mode Cup and 2nd overall.

Congratulations indeed to Paul and Stuart.

Many thanks to Grafham Sailing Club for letting me take out Spark 404. She went very well except for the inept helmsmen.

Dreadnought is now in three counties.

Just to let you know that there are now some lively shots of Sprints, from last week-end's event, on our website

www.championmarinephotography.co.uk

Look for the Grafham Cat Open file.

Cheers,

Nick Champion

PS I see that Y&Y have picked up some of Nick's shots :D
