Hi All
Grafham have kindly confirmed that our TT at their October Cat Open can be converted to our 2020 National Championships. Obviously, much can change between now and then - but if you would like to attend, you will need to know the following:
Grafham need to restrict the overall number of entries to the Cat Open.
SO you must be ready to submit your entry as soon as GWSC open entries on their website.
Otherwise, if the event is flooded by other classes, we will miss out.
So be prepared ......
You will need to enter and pay via the GWSC website. We will let you know when we are told this is open.
We will then separately ask you to fill in a simple registration form to capture prize eligibility and discount eligibility.
Entry fee is £55. This includes event fees, takeaway lunch for Sat & Sun and a full range of prizes to befit a National Championships.
Discounts for first time and youth entries will then be refunded to you directly from the Association.
Full details will be in the Notice of Race - but some key info is as follows:
6 races - 3 back to back on both Saturday and Sunday.
We will have our own start. We will share a course with the Medium Cat fleet. (Same as previous years)
Nigel and Fiona Denchfield are our Race Officers - so the race management will be excellent.
Shorebased:
Camping and Campervan will be available on site for a small fee, via pre-booking. (Caravans not allowed).
Toilets are open but changing rooms and showers are closed. The clubhouse will close at night, portaloos provided.
One way systems in place and take away food service from the galley.
Unfortunately, no evening meal or AGM.
