Just a reminder, that it’s now less than 2 weeks to the next event at Queen Mary SC on Saturday, February 16th.

The races will be the usual winter format, 2 races back to back, first start at 11am.

There’s a bit of information on the QM club website at : http://www.queenmary.org.uk/

And a bit more on their calendar of events:
https://www.google.com/calendar/event?e ... ope/London

The SI’s and NOR will be available soon.

Last year it was more than a bit windy, so I’m hoping for just a little bit less wind this year.
This will be over a month since the last event at Draycote, it's about time we were all back on the water.
Lets have a good race.

Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Cheers
Gordon

Thanks for the reminder Gordon.

I may turn up if it's not too cold as I need 3 to count, otherwise see you at Grafham.

I'm out - bugger all wind and cold.

Shall sail the A on Sunday in balmy weather and wind.

Have Fun.

Mark

P.S. At least you'll be able to launch OK..

Have to admit you are right. See you at Grafham. Enjoy the A. My boat was all ready to go until I checked the met with the RAF. Back in dry dock now.

Sorry to say the doomsayers were proved right, with absolutely zero wind at Queen Mary today and no sailing.

Apologies and thanks to those who did turn up hoping to sail, Erling, Paul and Liam from Shanklin, Paul Craft, Pete Slater, Stewart Pegum, Keith Chidwick, George Stephen, Stuart Snell, and Brian Phipps, who looked in as well.

Disappointing, I'm sure we all expected a light wind, but as it turned out, there was none at all. Better luck next time.

Regards
Gordon
