Eurocat 2015, Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May

Eurocat 2015 Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May. Only 3 days this year.

Having thought that we should miss a year or two for Eurocat I have been persuaded that we should go again next year.

Cheryl has spoken to Eurocamp and they will do a similar deal again so ferry and accommodation is sorted if you wished to use this facility.

It only really makes sense for us to go as a group with a minimum of 15 sailors, this works for the accommodation, gets us our own results and makes the racing much more fun.

It will be really easy next year; we have learnt all the lessons and can now accurately help those that have not been before with what is involved, which isn’t a lot, its professional run but relaxed and the safety is second to none, and as important if not more so it is a great place to take the family.

If you are interested and want to find out more or want to go let me know so I can start to look at numbers for viability.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul

You can put me on the list as a definite.

Will in Carnac in 10 days time minus the boat this time.

Hi...... I'd be up for that, plus I've a robust trailer capable of two up, and storage box so anyone from the North West wishing to share the journey would be welcome. The Eurocamp option sounds good.

After the experiences of 2014, will you put together an information sheet for new-comers?

Hi All first foray into chat blog or whatever this techno correspondence is called!

After such a great event this year how can I not go next year. Am definitely up for it so Paul send us the details as soon as they are available for the ferry and accommodation (any chance of Cheryl getting a price for Portsmouth-St Malo ferry?).

Have been plugging at Marconi and there maybe a few more up for it as well.

T shirts will be a different colour if I get the nod to organise.

I have got the sellotape and scissors out and edited some moving pictures.

There may be one or two continuity errors.

Well done Liam. You are now Editor/Producer in Chief but you have to make your own coffee. Couldn't watch it on iPad/mobile but saw it on Facebook. Nice musics, too.

Would have been nothing without your towing your boat to the sea.

Don't think it works on mobile devices. Will try and tweak the settings in the 'Tube.

Got a bit of a sweat on touring the beach looking for a space. Thanks for making me look fit.
