2015 RYA PNs

I see that the RYA have changed the Sprint 15 Sport PN to 890 in their 2015 PN list
The Standard format Sprint 15 remains at 933.

Hi Bob, does Grafham use the published PY or amend for the water?
I'm sailing off 916 at Yorkshire Dales SC as they reduce PYs for the size of the pond (300 acres).

Hi Charles,
Grafham use the Great Lakes handicapping system which modifies many of the RYA PNs to suit large inland waters and concentrates more on the front of the fleet rather than the average club sailor. On the Sprint 15 it has been using the RYA number (933) for the Standard Sprint 15 and was 883 for the Sprint 15 Sport. Now that the RYA has changed the Sport mode to 890 the likelihood is that we will revert to using the RYA number.
