Newsprint Spring 2017

Hi All,
The latest edition of your favourite magazine is now in the hands of Her Majesty - or at least those who operate her postal service.
You should get yours in the next couple of days. If you don't, usual protocols apply. If you think you've been unjustifiably left out of the distribution, you need to get in touch with Secretary, Andrew, who will help you sort the matter : membership@sprint15.com
This message comes tinged with some sadness in view of the fact that it is my 20th and last edition. But as I intimated last year, I think it's time for someone else to take up the editorial pen and move it to the next level.
I shall be standing down at this year's AGM and very much hope that a new incumbent will be found by then. To whomever that may be, I shall be pleased to give you all the support you need to get started. After 10 years, I have a huge library of information, templates, photos, etc., etc. to which the new editor will be most welcome.
May I express my grateful thanks to all those wordsmiths who have crafted some great articles for the magazine, many of whom who have been regular and reliable sources of such for both my pleasure as editor and yours as the readers.
This last edition contains, in my view, some really good stuff from both regular and a few new contributors. I hope you enjoy it.
It also contains some very important information which has the potential to make far reaching changes to us as a Class Association - may I recommend it receives your close attention.
It's been a privilege and a pleasure to have been editor. Thank you to all those who have provided encouragement.
My next immediate pleasure is a wee dram.
Cheers (& Laughter)
