Thank you! The Sprint 15 fleet were very well represented at East Coast long distance racing at the weekend:

Last minute decision to abandon the Tornado - David and I took to the Sprint 15s with Jon Pearse, Andy Perks and Nigel James for the Colne Point Race.

Big congratulations also to Sprint 15ers Kevin Dutch and Dave Oakley who took first place Tornado after a tight battle with fellow Sprint 15er Andrew Dowley and his helm Michaela.

David Lloyd took third place in the Colne Point Race in a Dart 18 and Kevin Kirby was also representing the Dart 18s.

Meanwhile, over on the other river Rob Bailey was first Sprint 15 at the Nore Race on Saturday - with Steve Healy, Keith Persin, Gary Sverdloff, Daren Fitchew and Jim Bowie also representing the Sprint 15s.

And our Nationals sponsors did well too - John Tuckwell took ECPR line honours. Nick Elmore sailed the Nore Race on Saturday and then the ECPR on Sunday which must be some sort of record for racing miles (80) in one weekend!

8th July is the date for ECPR next year - just so you can put it in your diary now......
