Dear all

Having carefully weighed up all the factors, we have decided that the Show will go ahead. This has been a difficult decision due to lots of conflicting evidence, advice and opinions.

The forecast appears to be improving and a substantial number of exhibitors want the Show to go ahead.

Alexandra Palace is open and build up is underway and the surrounding area is largely clear.

If it is not safe for you to travel then please do attempt to do so. [sic]

If you can’t attend the Show then please let me know as soon as possible.

We should expect a reduced amount of visitors to attend the Show but we will communicate with them to say the show is going ahead.

Please communicate this message positively on social media channels.
