Calling all members - action required!
As previously advised, annual membership payments will now fall due on 1st January each year - starting in January 2021. The Association also has a new bank account.
We need all members to amend their existing standing order/direct debit to reflect the new timing and new bank account details (see below).
A full year payment is currently £20. However, payment on 1st January 2021 will be pro-rated depending on what month your current annual membership is due to expire next year. The pro-rata amount is £1.67 for each month after your current year expires.
For example - if your current membership runs out in March 2021 - your January 2021 payment needs to be 9 months * £1.67 = £15.03.
In all cases, your 1st January 2022 payment will be the full annual membership fee (currently £20).
