Thanks to everyone who attended the Draycote TT yesterday , especially the travelers from Shanklin , Marconi , Carsington , Stewartby and Grafham who I think all had a great days sailing in some very challenging conditions ! The format of 4 back to back races worked really well thanks to the race team who kept things moving along nicely .

Congratulations to Jenny Ball who won the event with some really close racing and results between the top 6 boats .

Thanks again for some great competition and looking forward to the nationals :D

Draycote have excelled themselves getting the results, report and pictures out so quickly. It was good to read Derek's report so now I know what happened. I think he underestimated the wind strength though. Windsurfers were doing jumps in the waves.

They must have thought I looked the most out of control because they put my picture first.

Fabulous day on the water on Saturday - more than made up for the fog in January! I did manage to get up and go sailing on Sunday but everything hurt (still does). Thanks to the team at Draycote for hosting and for the excellent write up and pictures.
