spectacles, wotchewcallthem?

Post by Andrew Hannah »

Does any body know the name of those elastic things that hold your glasses in place, and stops them going overboard?

I need to order some, either on e-bay or from another source. If anybody could give me the name of these things, I would be very grateful.

There are a number of items Andrew a good one is called a sports strap which tightens around the head but can make the frames become uncomfortable. The cords will make the glasses fall off. Should be able to buy at all GOOD INDEPENDENT OPTICIANS.

Thanks all,

I now have enough information. I always use an old pair of specs for sailing, but I still look after them.

And Bob! Is that how you secured your Dame Edna's?
